New home at the Lancaster Environment Centre

Following a few years in Indonesia, and 7 in Southeast Asia, I've made the transition to the Lancaster Environment Centre. I am really enjoying my new setting and colleagues, and am looking forward to building the new Tropical Environmental Change and Policy Lab.
Established in 2007 to combine existing programmes in Geography, Environmental Sciences and Biological Sciences. It is a multidisciplinary group, that includes everything from environmental social scientists, geomorphologists, plant biologists to political ecologists.

60+ faculty, in facilities shared with the UK Environment Agency, 26 businesses, and Natural Environment Research Council’s Centre for Ecology and Hydrology
On the doorstep of the Lake District, Forest of Bowland, Lune Valley and Pennies. It's a spectacular setting.
